Sherry is an Associate Lawyer at Beale & Co’s Toronto office. Her practice is focused on construction contracts, project advisory, and corporate & commercial matters.
Prior to joining Beale & Co, Sherry articled and practiced at a full-service law firm in the corporate & commercial group, where, among other things, she gained rich experience in reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and closing complex bespoke agreements in a variety of industries.
At Beale & Co, Sherry can assist with all front-end matters. She has advised owners, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on construction and major infrastructure projects in Canada. She has negotiated bespoke and standard contracts, supported in advising successful bidders through various procurement models (Progressive Design-Build, Alliance), and assisted global organizations manage their Canadian corporate requirements.
She also has a particular interest in affordable housing, advising clients from project inception through to delivery, including navigating funder requirements and modular construction.
Sherry obtained her law and undergraduate degrees from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
